Huma's Chicken Jalfrezi in Garlic Sauce

Chicken Jalfrezi in Garlic Sauce ✨👩‍🍳💕with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and onions:

Ingredients:-
- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:-
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
2. Add minced garlic and sliced onions. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
4. Now, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
5. In a separate pan add the sliced carrots, broccoli florets, and cauliflower florets. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp. Add some salt while frying.
6. Now mix the chicken and vegetables. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
7. Sprinkle garam masala over the chicken and vegetables. Mix well to combine all the flavors. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
