Huma’s Jugaad Chai

Huma’s Jugaad Chai - using kullahad, brown sugar, milk, Lamsa tea, and Tajmahal tea:

Ingredients:-
- 2 cups water
- 2-3 teaspoons Lamsa tea
- 1-2 teaspoons Tajmahal tea
- 2 cups milk
- 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:-
1. In a utensil, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add Lamsa tea and Tajmahal tea to the boiling water. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to infuse the water with the tea's flavors.
3. Add 2 cups of milk to the tea mixture and let it simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the chai has reached your desired color and strength, add brown sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
5. Warm a clay cup on high heat.
6. Place the warmed clay cup in another utensil.
7. Carefully pour the prepared chai over the clay cup in the utensil to infuse the clay flavor. Cover for 5 min!
This process allows the chai to have a subtle infusion of the clay flavor, adding an extra dimension to the traditional Desi Chai.
