Huma’s Baked Pumpkin Steaks with Ricotta cheese, basil, walnuts and dry fruits ✨💕👩‍🍳 Recipe on the main page 💕

Ingredients:-
- 1 medium-sized pumpkin
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (apricots, cranberries, figs, etc.)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 6 slices of hearty bread

Instructions:-
1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200°C).
2. Cut the pumpkin into 1-inch thick slices, removing the seeds and stringy bits. Place the pumpkin "steaks" on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the pumpkin slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on top of each pumpkin steak.
5. Sprinkle the chopped basil, walnuts, raisins, and mixed dry fruits over the ricotta on each pumpkin steak.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender and slightly caramelized.
7. While the pumpkin is baking, toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
8. Once the pumpkin is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
9. Serve the pumpkin steaks with the toasted bread on the side.
