Huma’s Crunchy Paneer Hammers - Served with Greek Salad ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 400g paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon fish fry masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Bamboo sticks - 4inch (optional)
**Ingredients:** for **Greek Salad Recipe:**
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or any regular vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, mix the tandoori masala, fish fry masala, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice. Add the paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Set up a breading station with beaten eggs in one bowl and bread crumbs in another.
3. Insert the marinated paneer cubes in the bamboo sticks, dip each cube into the beaten egg, then coat it with bread crumbs. Dip it back into the egg and coat it with bread crumbs again. This double coating will make the paneer pops extra crunchy.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the paneer pops in batches and fry until golden brown.
5. Remove the paneer pops from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
5. Serve the Greek salad immediately as a refreshing side dish to the crunchy paneer pops.
